We know how exciting it is to get your hands on your brand-new furniture, and we do everything in our power to make delivery smooth and hassle-free. While we aim for a 100% success rate (because who doesn’t love perfection?), life happens – traffic, weather, and the occasional hiccup with our third-party couriers. But don’t worry, if anything goes wrong, we’ll go above and beyond to make it right!
Free Delivery – Yes, Really!
Delivery is completely free to most of the UK on all items across our website. However, if you’re in a remote area – such as the Scottish Highlands, certain areas of Wales, or the North East, there may be a small delivery charge between £20.00 and £75.00.
🚨 Heads up! Scottish Highlands postcodes can vary depending on our suppliers’ couriers and their zone classifications. If you're unsure, give us a shout before ordering.
Standard Free Home Delivery
For items with longer lead times, we use a dedicated courier service. Here’s how it works: ✔️ They’ll contact you before delivery to confirm a date and provide a 2-3 hour time slot. ✔️ If it’s a one-man delivery, your items will be brought to your doorstep. ✔️ Some areas only get deliveries on specific days, but we’ll do our best to be flexible! ✔️ If your order qualifies for a two-man delivery, this will be booked at least 24 hours in advance, and in some cases, you’ll get a 3-hour time window.
📅 Delivery Days & Times: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 6PM. Select items may allow you to choose a preferred delivery date – check the product page or contact us for details!
Next-Day Delivery – Because We Know You Can’t Wait!
For selected products, we offer next-day delivery if you order before 11:30AM (Monday - Thursday):

Orders placed before 11:30AM = Delivered the next working day.

Orders placed after 11:30AM = Delivered the day after next.

Friday before 11:30AM = Monday delivery.

Friday after 11:30AM = Tuesday delivery.
📦 Important Notes About Next-Day Delivery:

Delivery happens between 8AM - 6PM (we can’t specify exact times, sorry!).

The driver won’t call ahead, so please be available.

It’s a one-man service – items will be delivered to the front door only.

If you're in a flat or apartment, delivery will be made to the main entrance/lobby.

If no one is home when we arrive, there’s a £20 failed delivery charge, so please make sure someone’s in!

We deliver straight from our manufacturers and our warehouse to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Since lead times vary by product and supplier, you’ll find the estimated delivery time on the product page.

Some products are ready to ship from our warehouse.

Others are made to order, even though they’re listed as 'In Stock' – these items may have a longer lead time.
We’re proud to say over 96% of our deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe! However, unexpected delays (like bad weather or courier issues) can occasionally happen – if they do, we’ll keep you updated.
